  Hello,

  My name is Dariusz Saletnik, and I’m the president of Mega Auto Collision & Care.

  From my early years vehicles and their maintenance were one of my main interests.

  In 1999 I graduated from Automotive Secondary School receiving diploma with honors

  as an auto  mechanic.

I decided to start my independent career and opened my first own automotive business

in Chicago in 2001.

Soon, I became owner, manager, auto body man and painter in my own auto body  and

paint shop where I further developed my skills.

Automotive industry is my passion, and I’ve been working tirelessly to build up  my

knowledge and abilities, gaining experience in all fields of auto body and paint industry.

   For almost 20 years at Mega Auto Collision & Care we’ve been bringing the cars back to

   their original OEM specifications (or better) after the accident.

   My crew and I will honestly serve our customers with our knowledge, experience and

   skills to make the process of post-collision repairs as smooth and painless as possible.

In our work we pay attention to the detail, and aesthetics, as much as overall major

auto body work.

We use latest technique, equipment, and materials in the industry.

We provide lifetime warranty for repairs (* when OEM parts are installed).

   We understand that dealing with insurance companies can be confusing.

   We will negotiate with insurance adjustors, to save our customers’ time and to make

   sure they are fairly compensated for their loss.

  We accept, and negotiate with all major insurance companies, but work for the

  customer, not the insurance!

COLLISION REPAIR PROCESS AT MEGA AUTO COLLISION & CARE

• Complete collision repair process starts with free estimate.
• To save you time we can pick up the vehicle from your location, or if it’s not drivable we can tow it to our shop for all insurance claims.
• We process photo estimates, just text or email photos of the damage.
• We have vehicle rental cars available for the time of repairs for insurance claims.
• Customer contacts the insurance company to file a claim, and after that we take over and make sure the appraisal and negotiation process with insurance is completed without omissions and in a timely manner.
• Before we start working on your vehicle you will be informed what parts will be repaired or replaced, and what kind of work will be performed.
• If there is need for a supplement (as many times additional damage becomes visible after the repairs are started), we contact insurance company and make sure all additional work and parts are approved and paid for.
• After repairs are completed and vehicle thoroughly cleaned, it can be picked up at the shop or we can deliver to our customer’s location.
